In 2015 we began our journey by specializing in crafting sets, scenery, and props for live theatre productions, both educational and commercial. Our responsibilities covered everything from design to operation, excluding only acting and costuming. This included managing all Audio Visual and IT equipment within client venues.
The Covid-19 Pandemic forced a pivot, pausing in-person events and pushing us towards remote performance. Embracing the challenge, we delved into new video conferencing and broadcasting technologies, leveraging the internet for distant live performances. We dedicated ourselves to mastering these skills.
While we still consult and design for live theatre, our focus has expanded to support remote viewing and reproduction of video and audio content. Our clientele now includes commercial, educational, governmental, and religious institutions, as we adapt to a changing landscape. We believe - The show must go on!
Bryan Dauterive and Kelly Miles founded Stageables in response to numerous requests from educational theatre peers seeking assistance and guidance on incorporating the Broadway-quality sets, scenery, props, and A/V technology for which we were renowned onto their stages. Our commitment has always been twofold: ensuring the safety of young casts while empowering them to effectively convey important and captivating narratives that resonate with audiences as intended by the playwright. Excellence in live theatre and in every aspect of our work has consistently been our hallmark.
